Shipping policy
The delivery of products is carried out by our preferred carrier. By placing an order, you authorise InAir to release the products to the transportation company for delivery to your provided address or a designated point of delivery.
Shipping costs will be added to the total order price as set out in your order confirmation.
Lead Time Confirmation
After placing your order, a member of the InAir team will contact you to confirm availability and provide an estimated lead time.

If the item is in stock, we aim to deliver within 2–3 business days.

If the item is out of stock or made to order, we will notify you and advise of the expected lead time before proceeding.
International Shipping
We can arrange shipments outside of the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly at sales@in-air.co.uk for shipping quotes and estimated delivery times.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted within the agreed delivery window and you are unavailable to receive the items or unreasonably refuse delivery, we will attempt delivery two additional times. If delivery is unsuccessful after ten (10) days, the products will be returned to the depot and the purchase may be cancelled.
Insurance and Inspection
All shipments are insured by InAir during transit until the point of delivery. This insurance is included in the transportation fee. Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery for any visible damage or defects.
You may be asked to sign a delivery confirmation. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to you once the products have been delivered.
